2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Consumers

When a consumer submits an insurance quote request or inquiry through PolicyMatcher.com, we collect information such as:

• Phone number(s);
• Email address;
• Insurance type of interest (e.g., auto, home, life, health, Medicare);
• Additional insurance-specific information entered in the quote form (e.g., vehicle information, household size, date of birth);

When a licensed insurance agent or agency registers for a PolicyMatcher account, we collect:

• Payment information — note that payment card data is processed directly by our third-party payment processor and is not stored by Marketcall Inc on our own systems.

• All users: To operate and improve the website; to detect and prevent fraud and security threats; to analyze usage patterns and optimize our marketplace; to comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell consumer personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes. We share information as follows:

4.1 Consumer Information Shared with Agents

When a consumer submits an insurance inquiry, their contact information and insurance interest details are shared with one or more matched licensed independent insurance Agents who have purchased a call or lead matching that consumer's profile. Agents are contractually required to use this information solely to respond to the consumer's insurance inquiry.

4.2 Service Providers and Vendors

We share information with third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:

• Payment processors: To process Agent account funding and billing;
• Telephony and call-routing providers: To connect and route inbound calls from consumers to Agents;
• Advertising platforms: To serve and measure advertisements that drive consumer traffic to PolicyMatcher.com (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook, and similar platforms);
• Analytics and tag management services: Including Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools, to measure website performance;
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure vendors: To host and operate our platform.

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures
